David Gans is Director of the Human Rights, Civil Rights, & Citizenship Program at the Constitutional Accountability Center. He is the author of Religious Liberties for Corporations? Hobby Lobby, the Affodable Care Act, and The Constitution. He has also been an author on multiple CAC amicus briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court. He's a graduate of Yale Law School, and clerked for the Honorable Rosemary Barkett on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
