Kim Rios is Professor of Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She's published approximately 90 peer-reviewed journal articles, as well as other publications. As her website says, the overarching goal of her work "is to better understand how individuals respond to threats to their social and personal identities, with a particular focus on majority versus minority identity."
